Monday’s Meditation: On Saying Thanks

Too often we are bashful, resistant, or prideful when it comes to accepting assistance in any form from others. The way to relieve yourself of this discomfort is to continuously give in equal measures to the amount you receive. Then, with a clear mind, you may graciously accept and acknowledge the kindnesses you are shown.

This week, give easily, and receive gratefully.
